如何修复 CodeBlocks 调试程序时显示错误

当你调试 Debug 的时候，CodeBlocks 的 Build messages 窗口可能会出现以下错误提示：

ERROR: You need to specify a debugger program in the debuggers's settings.
(For MinGW compilers, it's 'gdb.exe' (without the quotes))
(For MSVC compilers, it's 'cdb.exe' (without the quotes))
